I didn't sleep for shit last night.... So, I'm not sure where the crazy amount of energy is coming from this morning. I got up at 9 and made the boys breakfast (english muffin w/ egg and cheese, banana). I then made myself a smoothie. It was then time to clean the kitchen and then start a load of laundry. Took Junior for his walk, and then went outside to p/u dog poop. From there, I decided to pick up branches, etc (this property we are renting is very large w/ lots of trees.) I just came inside to do this, and then I'm giving Junior a bath. I feel good!
It's coming up on 5:00 and the energy level is subsiding. I'm about to make dinner. I should've eaten something before now... Lesson learned.

12:00 Some raw almonds
1:00 2 wheat Ritz w/ peanut butter
2:00 homemade Tomato Bisque (will add recipe tonight)
5:00 Bisquick biscuit (so bad...but I love these dang things. made w/ soy milk)
6:00 Baby red potato mashed potatoes (made w/ soy milk and Earth Balance margarine, also put 2 bay leaves in while boiling the potatoes-removed before mashing), vegan brown gravy (very, very good, but super bad for you), spring mix salad w/ lite honey mustard dressing, yellow squash, and a Bisquick biscuit. I'm sooooo full.
