Can you add the nutritional info to the recipes?
Unfortunately, the Vegan cookbooks I have don't include the nutritional info.  I've of the mindset, that if I eat a mostly vegan diet, without too much processed food, I don't need to count calories, etc.

What have you chosen to guide your nutrition? Are you ensuring that you are getting the proper balance of protein, good carbs and good fats?
If I do a good job of following a Vegan diet, I don't worry too much about making sure I'm getting enough of certain vitamins, fats, etc.  I just make sure to eat a diet w/ lots of color and raw veggies & fruits.  If I do that, the rest falls into place.  I do make sure to try and eat some beans every day to ensure enough protein (also can get through raw nuts).  I also take B12 and Vit D to make sure I get enough of those things, as they are mostly found in animal products.
