6:15 Veggie chili (made it in the crock pot), over a small amt of brown rice, 3 Bisquick biscuits, spinach, sping mix, and herb salad w/ fat free basalmic dressing.
Exercise:
Took Junior for 1/3 mile walk. Super, super tired today.
