I upgraded this site today to "pro." I was curious as to how many people have been on, etc. It's really dropped off lately, but I haven't been much of an inspiration. I think I have my head in the right place now, and should be on track again. Thanks for checking this out!
Food:
8:15 banana
8:45 bowl of oatmeal (made w/ water) w/ spoonful of Stevia and brown sugar)
10:40 Green tea
11:30 thin whole wheat bagel w/ peanut butter
2:00 bowl of Tomato Bisque soup (see recipe) This is Brian and my fave soup!
3:30 Organic peanut butter and choc chip granola bar (dumb)
6:00 Dinner: big spring mix salad w/ raw carrots, plus 2 hard corn shell tacos (Morning Star crumbles-tastes just like hamburger but 75% less fat), homemade guac, tomatoes, green olives, and hot sauce. Yummy dinner. This is probably the meal I make most. Everyone enjoys it.
8:00 4 dark choc covered almonds

6:45 Took Junior for 1/3 mile walk, then walked an additional 2 miles.
