7:00 Dinner: brown rice, cream of corn, 5 mini baked spring rolls w/ orange sauce, 1/2 plate of salad (spinach and sping mix w/ herbs) w/ lite honey mustard dressing.
8:30 3 pieces of a dark chocolate bar
