I made a double back of cauliflower soup today. It turned out awesome. I did triple (at least) the amount of garlic, and it packed quite the spicy punch. Tomorrow, it should really be settled in. Making fresh soups is honestly one of my favorite things to do. It just feels good for the soul.
Has anyone watched the new Biggest Loser, yet? I checked it out this morning and absolutely loved it! I love Dolvett and Bob. I think they could each be list material. When that guy asked to get voted out, I was screaming at the t.v., "you pussy!" (Remember I now use the really bad words :) Brian and I usually watch it together (remember, out "porn"), so I'll be watching it with him tonight, too. He'll die laughing when he's sees that guy bite it during the race. I hate it when he thinks that shit is funny, although the morning my friend was telling me how she rewound it like 20x to watch the fall. I swear, those two are one in the same.
Alright here's my laundry list of food....tomorrow will be better!
8:00 Banana, oatmeal (made w/ water), plus a little brown sugar
10:30 Cup of herbal tea (mint medley....so good)
12:00 Small baked potato w/ small amt of Earth Balance, cheese, and sour cream.... Salad (spring mix and spinach) w/ honey must dressing
Oatmeal Scottie Cookie
3:30 Bowl of cauliflower soup, plus a few dried apricots
4:00 Still starving.... Bowl of Rice Chex w/ soy milk and sm amt sugar
6:45 Fake Chicken Nuggets, Tater Tots, and lots of steamed broccoli.
7:15 Caffeine Free Diet Coke, 2 Oatmeal Scottie cookies...
Exercise:
Took Junior for 1/2 mile walk, then went an additional 3 miles
