I do have to tell you, though...When I was getting dressed this morning, I looked in the mirror, and thought it looked like I'd lost some weight. It could be one of those "smoke and mirrors" types of things, as I don't think I've been doing all that great. I did make me take notice, though. I'm not ready to weigh myself, though. It seems like no matter what, I'm never happy with the number it gives me. The scale can send me over the edge...straight into a chocolate cake...oooohhhh, yum....chocolate!
I took Junior to the vet today. He's been having some issues, lately. Not good news...need to figure out if I want more x-rays done or not. We decided just to give him the best quality life possible, until it was time (a couple of months ago), but the vet kinda scared me a bit. I don't want something in his leg to snap (which she says might be a possibility). So, we may get more x-rays. I'm only supposed to walk him 6 blocks now.
Food:
9:45 banana
11:15 bowl of oatmeal (made w/ water), plus 2 small spoonfuls of brown sugar
2:45 1/2 Subway Veggie Delight on wheat (w/ all veggies, extra spinach, and sweet onion sauce)
4:10 2/3 of other half of Veggie Delight sandwich, 1/2 ind. bag of Lite chips (made w/ Olestera-which for ther record, has never caused me an anal leakage :)
6:30 Black bean patty w/ 1/2 avocado and 1/2 tomato, plus 1/2 cucumber
20 oz Diet Dr. Pepper
8:45 2 small choc chip cookie squares
