Alright, this is the day.  It is the day, right?  This is where I get my shit together?

Today has been good so far.  My head is still on straight.  I'm still liking myself.  In fact, I think I'm pretty kick ass.  My food intake has been decent.  Mind you, "decent" is a million times better than I've been doing.  Yesterday, I seriously ate a shit load of calories, including, mac & cheese (the good stuff), Cheese puffs, Pepsi, etc.  Completely disgusting.  In fact, my skin even stunk last night like grease.  It's a wonder Brian wasn't all over me last night.

I met with the trainer again today.  I did 20 mins on the treadmill before our time was to start.  Once she arrived, we did an hour in the weight room.  I'm definitely feeling it.  My goal is to do weight Wed and Fri of this week, also.  Also, my goal is to wear underwear....and probably a pad.  I was so proud of myself as the workout went on and the pee was staying in.  I even made sure to drain my bladder before we started.  But then...that fucking ab machine (I need to take note of it).  With every pull forward, I leak a little.  WTF?  What couldn't stuff fly out of my like that when I was in labor.  Nothing wanted to come out of me then.  Ugh.  So frustrating.

I'm still reading, "The Spectrum" by Dean Ornish.  It took me a while to get into it, but now I'm thoroughly enjoying it.  I probably couldn't get into it earlier, since my head wasn't on straight.  Really, you should check it out.  Don't worry it's not a vegan diet, or even vegetarian.  It's just a common sense approach to eating.  "The Spectrum is based on love, not willpower.  It's about feeling good, not just avoiding feeling bad.  Joy of living, not fear of dying.  Losing weight and gaining health."  If you check it out, please let me know what you think.
