Today has been fairly busy, doing things that unemployed people do... cleaning, made a soup, ran errands, etc. It's only 6:17, and I'm starting to get awfully tired. I know a lot of it has to do w/ this stupid period. Hopefully tomorrow will be the turnaround day. :)

8:00 Smoothie (banana, soy milk, flax seed, spinach, frozen blueberries)
11:30 (2) toasted Thomas whole wheat muffins w/ avocado and tomato, and an apple, Caffeine free Diet Coke
1:30 Slice of apricot breakfast bread (made it yesterday, not too bad-fairly healthy)
3:30 Other half of Ryne's apricot bread....he didn't like it.
5:15 Barilla Plus angel hair (whole wheat) pasta w/ spaghetti sauce w/ black olives, plus steamed veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, squash, carrots, zucchini)
5:45 2 bites of brownie
Exercise:
40 mins incumbent bike, weights, and after got home took Jr. out for 1/2 mile walk
