Plus, I need to get back on track w/ exercise. I haven't done anything for a few days, and I know that's part of why I'm so f'ing tired.
I was out of damn near every fruit and veggie, so I drove 1/2 hour each way to pick up a few of the essentials. I knew if I didn't have them on hand (and waited to buy them until tomorrow night, when I'd be closer to town), I'd use that as an excuse not to eat well. Now, no excuse :)
Today was actually a very frustrating, emotional day. Not real happy w/ a couple of things, but I'm glad I took my frustrations out on a fast paced walk, inse

11:00 thin wheat bagel w/ peanut butter
1:30 Took the boys to lunch, while we our running errands: salad plate w/ lots of raw veggies, plus some fruit, w/ small amount of oil and vinegar (proud of myself for skipping the banana bread), plus 1/2 tuna salad on crosaint, glass of Diet Coke
3:15 Other 1/2 of tuna sandwich
6:30 Chocolate Smoothie (see recipe)

10:30 Took Junior for his 1/3 mile walk
7:00 4 mile walk, then took Junior for another 1/3 mile walk
