The walk was great, and the workout (BL) was even better! I feel really inspired today.
I also rec'd a call from the principal at Cal's new school. She's going to use the IEP that was done at his last school (end of last year). This is great news, as it has most all of the services that Cal needs written into it. (Yes, I ended a sentence w/ "it." I can do that. It's my site ; ) Anyway, I'll be meeting w/ his teacher, speech therapist, occupational therapist, aid, and pricipal next week to come up with a game plan for Cal. What a relief. I really feel like we chose the right school for the boys.

1:05 Some raw carrots w/ 75 cals worth of hummus
2:45 lots of raspberries and about 1 cup of honey nut cheerios w/ rice milk
6:00 Some tortilla chips and homemade guac, bean burrito (whole wheat soft shell, veggie refried beans, little brown rice, homemade guac, hot sauce), spring mix salad w/ fat free basalmic dressing and 4 green olives.
7:30 Diet 7UP and vegan choc/oatmeal/pb cookie

10:00 1 hour walk
11:00 35 mins full body workout w/ Bob on the BL Wii game (actually felt a lot less uncoordinated today)!
4:00 35 mins soccer w/ Cal and a couple other little boys
