Hung Chow!

Sorry for not updating yesterday.  In a snapshot, I did fairly good until we went to Buffalo Wildwings and I had some popcorn shrimp and onion rings.  It was so greasy I couldn't eat much, but it was so bad...and a good reminder of why fried food sucks.  I had a couple beers there, and then a couple more when we went to the drive in.  We saw Bridesmaids.  It was my third time seeing it.  Damn funny movie.  Oh, and there I had some Kit Kat.
So, I'm hanging pretty good this morning.  I'm moving slowly, and I had Brian go get me some very bad hangover food this morning...

10:00  English muffin w/ cheese and egg, some hashbrowns, a pancake.  + a can of Pepsi.
12:00  Another can of Pepsi
1:00  The leftover Buffalo Wildwings...
3:00  Handful of dark choc covered almonds
7:00  Bowl of Corn pops w/ Rice

Okay, so I worked out on Friday. It wasn't too bad then, but now I'm sore, exhausted and I GAINED weight. I know I can't tell anything after only two hours of exercise, but ugh. I know why I don't do it! I will go again... someday. It's not raining today, so maybe I'll go for a walk. At least the dog likes that! Hope you're feeling better today. E.

E, you're way too hard on yourself. The scale is the devil! Please don't weigh yourself for a while (I'm waiting a month).
I'm glad you got your workout in! Yes, walking the dogs is always great. Plus, it's therapy at its best!
Love ya, Jen
