I did the BL workout of the Wii again. It didn't show that I burned as many calories as yesterday, but I worked a lot harder. I was way out of my comfort zone today. There were a lot of positions that required being on my knees (insert your own joke here), and my left knee doesn't respond well to that. I really need to get some sort of mat or something. The hardwood floor and cheap little rug don't help much. Anyway, I'm sure once a bunch of weight comes off, the knee won't hurt so much. That's the goal, anyway! One things for sure...I never want to have knee surgery again!
Oh yes, I also have to congratulate myself for not puking the couple of times I wanted to, during the workout. How sad is that! A Wii game kicked my ass...
