Day 46 Sat.

I'm really not liking the editor I use for this site.  I couldn't get on at all yesterday to update, and this is the first time today I could get on (Sun).  So, I'm going off of memory.  And let's face it, I have a critical case of CRS, so this should be fun.

Brian got called into work yesterday morning, and he didn't get home until mid afternoon.  I spent the morning getting some cleaning done and making breakfast for the boys.  It was a nice morning.  Once Brian got home, we had a little time to hang out before getting the boys ready for "Parents Night Out" at the Club.  They do it once a month.  You can drop the kids off for 4 hours for swimming, games, etc.  Thank God, since we only have one babysitter.  It's a win-win, for the boys, and for us.  The club was open for an hour after we dropped the boys off.  Brian and I actually played racquetball!  OMG.  We hadn't played that in...maybe 15 years or more.  I asked him to go easy on me, but of course the mofo was getting some huge shots in.  As much as he would hate to admit it, he's quite competitive himself.  Although, there was no reason to be with me (He kicked my ass sideways).  I loved it for the exercise, but my knee really limits me.  Since I tweaked it the last time, it's back to not letting me run right.  It's kind of a gimpy run.  Anyhoo, I freaking loved it.  I loved feeling those competitive juices flow.  Hopefully after more weight comes off, my knee will decide to be more agreeable.  For now, it still acts like a cunt from time to time.  Of all of it, though, I was most proud that I decided to spend the first part of our "date night" doing some exercise.  I can't wait to do it again.  Although, I'm paying for it a bit today.  Such is life.

After the club, we went out to dinner.  It was kind of late by the time we got into Peru for dinner.  The choices are so limited out here, even in the "big" towns.  We went to Red Lobster.  I went in with good intentions....  But the "20 minute wait" we were promised turned into 45 mins....  By the time we actually got our food, we'd been there an hour and a half (plus the drive out there).  So, I was starving.  My choices were terrible.  They were reminiscent of "pre-ETL" ordering.  It was all so rich and fattening, and I couldn't eat too much of it.  Thank God.  Also, the service totally sucked, so I had 2 cheese biscuits, when I could have easily had 5.  For the first time, I guess I can be thankful for shitty service.

Anyway, it was a really nice Saturday.  I love it when I get some time alone with that hubby of mine.  There's nobody that I'd rather spend an evening with.  I guess that's a good thing, after all of these years.

Food:
8:00  Banana
10:00  1 scrambled egg, 2 slices of Morning Star "bacon."  I really don't care for the MS bacon, but they don't sell "Smart Bacon" around here.  That really is the best, out of all of them.  It tastes like you're eating turkey bacon, which was my fave.
12:30  Smoothie (orange, banana, flax seed, water, ice)  Yum!
3:30  Bowl of homemade chili, Caffeine free Diet Coke
8:45  Red Lobster (caesar salad, w/ dressing on the side, baked potato, butter and s/c on the side, but I did have some of each, 3 butterfly coconut shrimp, and 3 or 4 bites of shrimp linguine in white sauce....)  Soda Water

Exercise:
45 mins of racquetball
