I'm waiting to hear from Brian to see if he'll be off early enough for us to actually get to do something tonight. I sure hope so. We don't often get time to ourselves, and we are due.
So, it's the eve of the dreaded weigh in.... I feel that I've done well this week, but I'm certainly not looking forward to seeing the scale in the morning. It's amazing how much power that bloody thing has over me. I'm hoping to land in the "One-derlands" (as they would say on BL) tomorrow, and if I don't...I know I'll throw a tantrum like a child. Probably not a good thing to do just before going to a 3 hour interview.
Oh, the sins of the night....We drove about 40 mins away to get some dinner tonight. We tried to go to Applebees (which in a normal world sucks, but in BFE is one of the best options). Even at 6, the line was out the door. So, we ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings, which I really don't care for. But...it was what was there.... Let me challenge you to find ANYTHING healthy on that fucking menu. It's a joke. So, Brian and I split the fish tacos (1) each, deep fried....and split the deep fried garlic popcorn shrimp w/ cocktail sauce. I also got a side salad w/ balsamic on the side (no cheese or croutons). Really, not great options, but I can't do anything about it now. I also opted for water instead of beer. I'm worried this will screw me up in the morning. I kind of have a routine, if you catch my drift, before weighing myself. Dammit. Hope I didn't totally fuck myself. Ugh. Oh well, what's done is done.

1:15 Spring Mix salad w/ 1/2 avocado and lite honey mustard dressing, edamame, and a small bowl of tomato bisque soup (see recipe)
3:30 Square of dark chocolate
6:30 Dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings (see last paragraph).
