Today has been full of helping out Ryne, taking care of my crazy ass dog today (he upped the crazy level today), doing laundry, paying bills, and making soup. It was definitely not the day I was expecting, but it was very full. My plan is to workout in the morning, and then get out to get Junior's food. I'm sure he doesn't mind eating what we've been feeding him, though. Most people would prefer what he's been eating over their meals, I'm sure.
My mouth feels much better today. Thank God. I'm still a bit swollen, but I was able to eat real food, which felt great.

2:00 "Super salad" It's some new mix I bought, w/ chard and stuff in it. Pretty good. I didn't eat as much as I normally would, as my appetite wasn't totally back, though. Also, a bowl of fresh cauliflower soup (see recipe...see damn good...and healthy), soda water
5:30 Baked potato w/ Smart Balance Lite and steamed veggies: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli
7:15 Finally got hungry.... Apple w/ Chocolate Almond Dip (from ETL, see recipe)
