Today was pretty full, at least for me. After I dropped the boys off for school, I quickly came home to make my smoothie. I was going to be short of time, so I was definitely rushing around. I went into town to get a couple of prescriptions filled for Cal and Brian. From there, I went to workout. It was a great workout! I totally pushed myself. I did that glider thing, and even though 30 mins nearly killed me when I tried it last week, I put it on 40 mins. I worked it harder this time, and as it was coming down to 10 mins. left I wasn't quite sure that I could do it. Then, this fit girl comes over to get on the machine next to me. She smiles and gives me a nod. A nod, like I'm her equal, not a nod, like I can't believe I have to workout next to this sweaty fucking whale. So, it gave me the boost I needed to ride out the last 10 mins. Felt fucking awesome. After that, I got my weights in. As Brian always calls it on Tues, it was my "last chance workout." :)
I then ran back to Walmart to p/u the boys prescriptions. I then wanted to get home to get a quick shower in before my head Dr. appt., but upon getting home, I realized I wasn't going to be able to eat & shower, so I chose food. I knew if I didn't, it'd put me into a position to make a bad decision, eating out. So, I stinkily went to my apt. (45 mins away, the other direction) Serves the fucker right, for having me wait an hour (which is what is usually is, at the least).
From the appt., I ran to the store, to get some grocery shopping done. Then, rushed as usual I got back home, and got Junior in for a walk. From there, it was to the school, to p/u the boys (with 4 mins. to spare :)
So, that's life in a very small town...lots of driving....
Tomorrow will be more driving, as I will finally have my mouth (bone) surgery. Oh yay..... Worse than the surgery, is the cost, though. I must admit. Sucks ass.
Brian and I are going to watch BL tonight. Good Gawd I hope that snatch finally gets voted off. I think her name is Cora? I could be wrong, though. It kills me when people with attitudes like that are on that show. It takes the place of someone who would want it more than anything.

8:30 Smoothie (water, flax seed, banana, mixed fruit)
11:45 Leftover bowl of split pea soup (I should add the recipe. I really enjoy it). Plus, Spring mix w/ herb salad w/ 1/3 cucumber, plus Lite honey mustard dressing.
4:15 Green tea
6:15 (3) small soft corn shells w/ vegetarian refried beans, salsa, homemade guac, hot sauce, and steamed veggies: cauliflower, carrots, broccoli
Exercise:
40 mins on Glider machine (I really need to figure out what that's called) Burned 430 cals
Weights
Took Junior for 1/2 mile walk
