Even with the commotion, I wasn't about to miss my weigh in....even though I fucking hate them. So, I'm down 3 lbs. 8 oz from last Wed. I started at 212.8 and after 2 weeks I'm at 205. Man alive, I hate putting the #'s on here...sometimes I wonder if it's a very good idea. But I know a lot of you can relate (at whatever weight). We all have our issues. Anyway, I'm closer to the 1's. I want to work my ass off and get there next week. Wish me luck :)
Update on Cal: He's still not feeling well. His tummy is still bothering him. They are running some tests, and we are supposed to have the results tomorrow. Hopefully they can figure it out, and get him

1:00 (1) bean burrito from Taco Smell, no cheese, no onion
6:00 Large salad (spring mix, spinach) topped w/ leftover Soutwest Bean Soup (see recipe), raw carrots

30 Mins. incumbent bike
15 Mins rowing machine
Total 330 calories burned
