Day 15 Weigh in day....

Today isn't turning out at all like I thought it would.  I was prepared to go in and get the bone surgery done on my mouth this morning, but instead I awoke to a sick Caleb.  He'd actually vomited at 2:50 a.m. (which is what he tells us), but he didn't tell us until around 6:15 when he heard Brian in the hallway.  Poor kid.  What a mess.  I was able to get all of it cleaned up, though.  Thankfully it was only on one comforter, sheet, and pillow case.  And as far as I can tell, only one of his stuffed animals took a direct hit.  So, it's a good feeling to know that it's all cleaned up in there and looks like nothing happened.  Cal had been saying his tummy hurt again.  It apparently hurts in the same place that it did when he got so sick recently, which ended up being strep.  So, I'll be taking him into the Dr. this morning.  I sure as hell hope they can figure it out.  The poor kid has his bday party on Sat.  He's invited his whole class, and it's all he talks about. 

Even with the commotion, I wasn't about to miss my weigh in....even though I fucking hate them.  So, I'm down 3 lbs. 8 oz from last Wed.  I started at 212.8 and after 2 weeks I'm at 205.  Man alive, I hate putting the #'s on here...sometimes I wonder if it's a very good idea.  But I know a lot of you can relate (at whatever weight).  We all have our issues.  Anyway, I'm closer to the 1's.  I want to work my ass off and get there next week.  Wish me luck :)

Update on Cal:  He's still not feeling well.  His tummy is still bothering him.  They are running some tests, and we are supposed to have the results tomorrow.  Hopefully they can figure it out, and get him

Food:
8:15  Smoothie (water, spinach, flax seed, banana, blueberries)
9:45  Coconut Water
1:00  (1) bean burrito from Taco Smell, no cheese, no onion
6:00  Large salad (spring mix, spinach) topped w/ leftover Soutwest Bean Soup (see recipe), raw carrots

Exercise:
30  Mins. incumbent bike
15  Mins rowing machine
Total 330 calories burned
Plus, weight room, full workout
