5:00 a few raw cashews--my plan was to eat more, as I'd taken them in the car w/ me, but they were kinda stale tasting.

Dinner: Baked potato w/ Earth Balance buttery spread, spring mix salad w/ 4 green olives and fat free basalmic vinegar dressing, plus sauteed zuchini, garlic, tomatoes, and brocoli. Very good dinner
