8:45 bowl of oatmeal (made w/ water) w/ brown sugar
12:30 Black bean patty w/ mustard and 1/2 tomato, plus cup of pasta salad
1:10 Small choc chip cookie square
2:30 10 oz beer
4:30 12 oz beer
6:15 4 slices (small) cheese pizza, plus 2 choc chip cookie squares....
8:30 Brian and I went out, and I had several beers. They were Coors Light, which I don't think is a real beer, anyway :) Lots o' calories, but I don't drink all that often, so I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
Exercise:
9:45 Took Junior for 1/3 mile walk, then walked 4 more miles at a good pace.
