I had a wonderful walk at the Hennepin Canal today. I was able to take someone's lab w/ me, and it was so nice to have him with me. He jumped into that canal countless times. It was a long/humid walk, but it was so nice. A great day for reflection. We got back in time, just before a nasty thunder/lightning storm hit. The storm is still going on 4 hours later. It's crazy ass weather out here. I took Melinda's advice to make sure that I kept eating throughout the day. I took some raw nuts with me on the walk. Normally, I would've gone that whole time w/out food, but it felt good to have a snack out there.

9:30 Chocolate Smoothie (see recipe)
12:30 Some raw pecans
1:30 More raw pecans
2:45 1/2 veggie sandwich (wheat bread, sprouts, onion, pickle, black olives, tomato, and Grey Poupon. My plan was to eat the whole sandwich, but the put too much mustard on there for my tastes.
Smaller amt of homemade chips. Damn good, damn, damn, good. It was hard to quit eating them, but they hit the spot.

5:45 Diet 7up
6:45 Dinner: brown rice, small amt of vegetarian Bush baked beans, steamed yellow squash, spring mix salad w/ lite honey mustard dressing, and raw carrots.
8:00 5 Organic animal crackers. Damn good! Hi
