Not the best diet day. No greens and hardly any vegetables. :(
On Sunday, Chuck goes back to work and I go back to a "normal" eating pattern.
5am...pre-workout smoothie with banana, blueberries and a scoop of Vega Whole Food Optimizer; and 12oz cup of coffee with Silk creamer
7am...12oz of Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator
9am...an apple
10:30am... two packets of cinnamon spice flavor instant oatmeal (next week I will be more prepared!)
1:15pm... two cups of Pacific brand Thai Sweet Potato soup
6:15pm... two beers and half of a veggie burrito at our favorite Mexican restaurant. The burrito isn't totally ETL-approved, but it's by far the healthiest item on the menu. It's got rice, beans, carrots, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and smothered in a chile sauce. The veggies are sauted in some type of oil and the tortilla is plain old white...but I only ate half.
8pm... another beer
Exercise
5:30... 45-min Full-body group session
