5am... cup of coffee with Silk creamer and a Cliff Bar
7am... 12oz of Vega Workout Recovery Accelerator
10:30am... cup of coffee with Silk creamer
11am... bowl of broccoli soup made with water, broccoli, sweet peppers, a couple of potatoes, some rice milk, a leek, some garlic, thyme and meatless "chicken" broth
1:45pm... a handful of almonds, and a banana with some peanut butter
4:30... a beer
6:30 and beyond... another beer, a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, sunflower seeds, craisins and Annie's Lite honey mustard dressing; half of an Amy's vegan pizza, two more beers, six peanut M&Ms, two bites of a brownie (not the best eating day, but could have been much worse considering we went to a "pizza and beer" party)

I'm onto you. If you listed 4 beers, that means you had 6. J/K. Way to stay in control in a difficult situation.
