9:45am... small cup of coffee with the bad-for-you creamer, one square of dark chocolate
11am... some leftover stir fry with cous cous
2pm... an apple
3pm... a cup of McDougall's pea soup
6pm... a bottle of Bolthouse Farms C-Boost fruit smoothie, and an ounce of roasted almonds
8pm... two crappy beers and a handful of raw veggies w/ a tiny bit of ranch dip, then another ounce of almonds
Exercise...
About 35 mins of very light karate practice. Wouldn't even call it exercise...
