12:15pm... repeat of yesterday's veggies with a tiny flour tortilla (sweet potatoes, black beans, onions, corn, salsa) and a handful of tortilla chips; piece of red velvet cake FUCK
3pm... an apple
7pm... refried beans and spanish rice-a-roni mixed with salad greens, tomatoes, peppers, salsa and hot sauce; two beers
