12:30pm... multi-grain wrap with veggies (sweet potatoes, black beans, onions, spices, avocado, salsa and a little roll with a few sweet peppers roasted with garlic and olive oil on it
1:30pm... two squares of extra-dark chocolate (thanks, Jen!! You know I can't eat just one)
4pm... a banana and some peanut butter
8pm... some refried beans, peppers, mixed greens, salsa and a taco shell

5:30am... 45-min full-body group session, plus 1.5 miles on the treadmill
