I'm sorry I skipped the last two days. We were in the mountains for a vacation weekend, which makes it hard to log everything I eat/drink, PLUS I forgot my computer charger. So rather than write everything down, I chose to take a couple of days off from my diet blog. That was a bad idea. I cheated. The worst cheats were two cashew turtles and a mini Twix. I can't believe I ate candy. I was out of my mind. Aside from that candy and the MULTIPLE beers, I made good food choices (considering we were on vacation). I ate lots of colorful salads! However, I ate too much of everything, and I barely got ANY exercise. It will be tough to lose any weight before the next weigh-in (three days away) since I am sure I gained some weight over the past three days. Also, I think I have a rib "out" which I have heard people talk about but have never experienced (that I know of). It's fricking excruciating. No possible way I could work out like this! My friend Shawna is going to try and fix me up this evening. She is a massage therapist extraordinaire. It is so nice when you have friends who can do things like massage, dentistry, physical therapy, hair styling, botox(lol)... because they can see you at weird times like Sunday night! I will DVR The Grammys, so I will be sure not to miss any of the show.
6:30am...smoothie with half a banana, lots of blueberries and a scoop of Vega Whole Food Optimizer, two cups of coffee with Silk creamer
9am... a quart of the veggie juice I made in my juicer with six heads of romaine, half a bunch of kale, three stalks of celery, a chunk of ginger, about 8 baby sweet peppers, two lemons, three small tomatoes and an apple
11am... a Dr. McDougall's all natural Asian Entree (Masala Lentil Pilaf)
3pm... 2/3 of a veggie burrito from Chipotle
7pm... glass of veggie juice
7:30pm... a beer
Exercise... NONE!! DAMMIT
