5am... Smoothie with banana, strawberries, scoop of Vega Whole Food Optimizer; cup of coffee with Silk creamer
6:30am... 12oz Vega Workout Recovery Accelerator
8:15am... cup of coffee with the bad-for-you creamer (International Delight)
10am... bowl of Annie Chun's miso soup with noodles
1:30pm... an apple and a mandarin orange
4pm... a Gourmet on the Go (Three Beans with Sweet Corn flavor)
5pm... a beer
6:30pm... bowl of vegan chili (ETL recipe --  it's killer) and a Garden of Eatin' corn taco shell

Exercise...
 *45-min full-body group session, and
*15 mins on the treadmill (1.75 miles, 185 calories)
