5am... cup of coffee with Silk creamer
6am... smoothie with a banana, strawberries, scoop of Vega Whole Food Optimizer
8:15am... 12oz Vega Workout Recovery Accelerator
11:15am... big salad -- mixed greens, tomatoes, peppers, bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, lots of cucumbers & a whole avocado, with Annie's Lite Gingerly dressing
2:15am... a mandarin orange
4pm... a bunch of peanuts (that bag of peanuts is f-ing bottomless)
4:30... half of an Amy's Roasted Vegetable Pizza (vegan) *It IS Superbowl Sunday for cryin out loud. I think I did pretty well. NO BEER. It's a miracle.

Exercise...
6:30am... 30 mins (3.5 miles) on the treadmill, 25 mins of karate practice (Kata Crank)
