5 Grapefruits (blended into juice and consumed throughout the day)
1pm... raw cauliflower and celery with a little bit of ranch dip, a tiny baked potato with Butter Buds
2pm... a Bob's Oat Bar
4:30pm... an Annie Chun's Noodle Bowl
This was supposed to be the end of it. Then...some friends forced us to go out to dinner with them. We had Thai and it was fantastic, so I ate most of my "2nd dinner" of Massaman Curry with tofu, and brown rice, and two beers.
