5am... smoothie with a banana, blueberries and a scoop of Vega Whole Food Optimizer; and a cup of coffee with Silk creamer
7am... 12oz Vega Workout Recovery Accelerator
9am... an apple
9:30am... a Grande soy latte with one pump of each peppermint and mocha, from Starbucks
11:15am... veggie stir-fry with a little bit of couscous
1pm... half of a crappy orange :(
3:10pm... one packet of Cinnamon & Spice instant oatmeal
*Girls Night Out*
...teeny tiny vodka/soda with lime, a dirty martini,  salad made with iceberg lettuce, vinaigrette dressing and a sprinkling of bleu cheese crumbles, a really small dinner roll, a bunch of grilled veggies with a portobello mushroom cap, glass of cabernet
