I was just telling Chuck that I can't remember the last time I felt tired during the day. That's one of the most awesome things I get from making the right food choices. That's also probably the reason why I couldn't drag my ass out of bed to work out this morning... TACO BELL HANGOVER. Sonuva bitch I was SO pissed at myself from the moment my alarm went off (at the usual 4am). You'd think I was a senior citizen if you went by my sleep schedule.
6am... smoothie with banana, strawberries and Vega Whole Food Optimizer; cup of coffee with Silk creamer
9:15am... an apple
10:15am... a banana
11:30... grilled veggie wrap with broccoli, onions, mushrooms, olives, peppers and tomatoes (I had to have it special-ordered for a business meeting. Was very surprised that there was no meat or cheese on it, and that it was delicious!), small portion of refried beans and Mexican rice, and one baby cream puff (I could easily eat a bucket of baby cream puffs in one sitting)
4pm... two cuties
5:30pm... a beer, a handful of peanuts and some veggies form a veggie tray, with a tiny bit of ranch dip
6pm... veggie stir fry with couscous
6:30pm... another beer (been a rough day for me and even more so for Chuck, so beer is our therapy... I know that's a lame excuse)
Exercise...
None (missed karate practice due to Taco Bell hangover, missed class due to Grace being sick)
