The "big" weigh-in today was not big at all. I only lost 1.2 lbs this week. Kind of disappointing, but also about what I expected. Certainly nothing to write home about...but I guess that's typical for "week 2" (if you're on the Biggest Loser). I have another 6.2 pounds to lose for my current goal. Wonder if I can do it before Jen turns 40? Okay, that's my new goal. I better get serious about cutting out the beer. Seriously. And the peanuts! I mean WTF? Why would I buy what appears to be a friggin 20-lb bag of peanuts? It's been in my pantry since Christmas. Here we go! WEEK THREE!!
4:45am... glass of veggie juice, smoothie (banana, strawberries, Vega Whole Food Optimizer and water), cup of coffee with Silk Creamer
6:45am... 12oz Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator
9am... half of a cup of coffee with Silk creamer
10:15am... baked potato with Butter Buds
12pm... a hunk of that fucking pecan caramel bread thing that has been in my office for three days Goddamit
1pm... humongous salad (mixed greens, bean sprouts, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, black beans, Craisins, pecans with Annie's Lite Gingerly dressing)
4pm... a banana and an apple with some peanut butter
8pm... a 7-layer burrito and a bean burrito with no cheese or onions from Taco Bell (I am very disappointed in myself. Dinner plan was ruined by work.), then a big glass of veggie juice before bed
