5:30am... glass of veggie juice
6:15am... cup of coffee with Silk creamer
7am... bowl of hot cereal (steel cut and rolled oats, craisins, cinnamon & vanilla, with some agave nectar and stevia
8:30am... two pieces of chard pie (somebody brought a big giant pecan caramel dessert bread thingy into my office AND I'm PMSing...so I'm filling that "void" with the "worst" thing in my lunch bag)
11:15... a banana
12:45pm... an apple
2:15pm... a cutie
5pm... glass of veggie juice, couple handfuls of peanuts
7:15pm... a beer, small salad (mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes, bean sprouts, black beans, cucumbers) with Annie's Lite Honey Mustard dressing, baked potato with Butter Buds, and a taste of the broiled rainbow trout that I made for the rest of my family
