We went for a nice walk this morning, before I came home, made B lunch, and then started some cauliflower soup. My cousin Mel called while I was doing the soup. It's always so nice to talk to her. When the soup was done, I did the BL workout, and then did some cleaning. I just got home from picking the boys up from school, and I need to squeeze more cleaning in before taking Ryne to football practice. Hey, when you have no friends in a new place, you love these busy days. It helps keep my mind off of how much I don't think I like it out here :)
7:45 Damn...tweaked my knee today playing soccer w/ Cal. I guess I should've quit after I had a little PIP. It must've been God's way to tell me to knock it off. Hope the knee is okay tomorrow...it's the bad one.

8:10 Choc smoothie (see recipe)
11:30 Thin whole wheat bagel w/ little bit of pb
1:10 Big bowl of cauliflower soup (see recipe) Although I didn't have any carrots, so I used 1/2 a large zuchini instead, and I doubled up the kale.
6:25 2 scrambled eggs (soy milk, sea salt, and a trace amount of cheese...I'd used it up, as the boys were eating them, too), 3 Morning Star Farms "sausage links," and a slice a toast (whole wheat w/ apple jelly). It all tasted really good, but it def wasn't all that healthy. It's missing fruits and veggies! I went way too long in between eating today. No good ever comes of that.

9:00 Took Junior for 1/3 mile walk, and then walked for an hour
12:30 37 min workout on the BL on the Wii.
